Hmm, yes, I think it might be the hair. Although her voice is more like BONNIE’s, isn’t it?

Hmm… What to say about Saki? Having released her debut album three and a half years ago with no further music in sight, it’s probably safe to say that this woman is finished. Although she does appear to be composing music for others (or maybe just playing the piano?), per her official site, I’d be willing to bet that GREEN will be on record as her only album.
With that out of the way, I think it’s uncanny how similar Saki’s music is to Shiina Ringo. “Mr.Heaven” may not be great evidence of this, but “Koi Monogatari” (which I’ll be posting immediately after this) is really striking. She has a similar voice (albeit more polished), and the same sort of creative, eclectic style.
And yet, there’s something more BONNIE PINK-esque, here. Could it be the hair…?

Quinka, with a Yawn. Every time I listen to her, I like her more. She and kotringo would be an absolutely epic duo.

Oh, yes. This album, and this song? It is good, it is so good, and it never gets old.
I also can’t help but think of The Dark Tower series here, every time, for reasons I just can’t quite explain…
In this little number we’re graced by two displays of character
We’ve got the gunslinger extraordinaire
Walking contradiction
And I for one can see no blood
From the hearts and the wrists you allegedly slit
And I for one won’t stand for this
If this scene were a parish you’d all be condemned
STRIKE UP THE BAND!
